Dear Potential Exhibitor:

The 2008 Freeway and Tollway Operations Conference (FTOC) would like to invite you to exhibit at this event. We hope that you will join us in Weston, Florida, to display your company's latest innovations.

Exhibitor Registration Information

The exhibitor floor has now been filled with 24 companies and organizations who will be displaying their products and services. If your organization is still interested in getting your message to over 400 conference participants, there are several opportunities—including advertising in the final program. There are four booth sizes available:

  • 10 X 10 = $1,750.00
  • 10 X 15 = $2,625.00
  • 10 X 20 = $3,500.00
  • 10 X 30 = $5,250.00

Space is limited to 24 exhibitors, so sign up early to avoid missing this opportunity! Sponsors will be given priority of exhibitor space in the exhibit hall. The number of total sponsorships dictates the number of remaining spaces in the exhibit hall, which will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Those interested in exhibiting without a sponsorship are encouraged to sign up now and will receive confirmation on or before February 1, 2008, when all sponsorships have been finalized. At that time exhibitor registration fees may be paid by check, money order, or credit card. Exhibitor registrations will not be accepted after May 1, 2008.

TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-2008 FTOC. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Note:

  • Due to limited space, Exhibitor booths should be tabletops rather than pop-ups. EM&P will accommodate larger booths if possible. Please contact EM&P prior to the conference for this approval.
  • The registration fee covers one tabletop booth space, one skirted 6' table, two chairs and conference participation for one booth representative. Participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch and the networking dinner event are also included for one booth representative.
  • A second booth representative can register for $300. This fee will include participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch and the networking dinner event. A third booth representative can register as a regular conference participant.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 6:00 p.m. EDT, May 1, 2008, will be refunded, less a $200 handling fee. No refunds will be made after May 1, 2008.

A floor plan will be faxed to you upon the receipt of your payment. Booth locations will be assigned on a space-available basis in the order that payment is received.
