Application to exhibit dated this ________ day of ______________________, by and between

the Texas Transportation Institute, hereinafter called "TTI" and

_____________________________________, hereinafter called "Exhibitor."

  1. In accordance with the following terms, conditions and regulations governing exhibits at the 2008 Freeway and Tollway Operations Conference hosted by TTI in Weston, Florida June 15-19, 2008, the undersigned Exhibitor hereby applies for exhibit space.

  2. When accepted by TTI, the attached "Exhibitor Terms and Conditions," including all relevant completed and signed forms by Exhibitor, becomes a contract by and between TTI and Exhibitor.

  3. The exhibit area will be open for setup on Monday, June 16, 2008 from 12:00 noon - 5:00 pm. The show hours will be Tuesday, June 17, 2008 from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Wednesday June 18, 2008 from 8:00 am - 12:00 noon.

  4. Exhibitor Information

    The Exhibitor registration fee includes one tabletop booth space, one skirted 6' table, two chairs, and conference participation for one booth representatives. Participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch and the networking dinner event are also included for one booth representative.

    A second booth representative can register for $300. This fee will include participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch and the networking dinner event. A third booth representative can register as a regular conference participant.

    Any electrical, computer, or equipment needs should be coordinated directly with the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Conference Center & Spa.
