Accommodations

Lodging

Lodging is double occupancy hotel-style rooms with private baths (unless otherwise specified). All linens are provided. Please use registration form to request a roommate or alternate roommate.

Room Preference

Please use registration form to request room preferences.

  • quiet rooms (early nights)
  • lively rooms (late nights)
  • no preference/assign me

All rooms will be filled as available and by order of registration; roommates are strongly encouraged.

Meals

Monday evening supper through Friday morning breakfast are included with your registration.

All accommodations will be made through your meeting registration. Should you need accommodations outside of that provided with your conference registration, please make accommodation and payment arrangements for those specific dates directly with T Bar M Resort & Conference Center.

What to Bring

Dress for the conference is work-week casual. Bring the appropriate field gear for your preferred off-site field sessions. Don't forget your notepads, bug spray, sun screen, water bottle, binoculars, comfortable field shoes, hats, raingear and camera. The off-site field sessions will take place rain or shine—so in other words, dress for the weather! Some other items you might want to bring include: a flashlight, personal items for comfort or health, or even a musical instrument to play during social times. ANROSP depends on a variety of sources for support, including an annual silent auction at our conferences. We ask that each attendee bring one or a few items for the silent auction.

Car Pooling Options from Airports

Since there are no organized shuttles to and from airports to the conference site this year, we'd like to offer assistance in connecting attendees with possible car pooling opportunities from the airports. Once registration has closed, an email will be sent to individuals indicating they would like more info on ride share opportunities and individuals who plan renting a car. Ride share opportunities and arrangements can be made amongst those individuals via the method they prefer once email contact has been made. Please select one of the following options on your registration form:

  • I plan on renting a vehicle and am willing to make arrangements to share or split the cost of a rental vehicle with another attendee.
  • Please connect me with individuals planning on renting a vehicle so that I may explore ride share opportunities.
  • N/A, no car pool options are needed for me.
