Exhibitor Registration Fees

Online registration for exhibitors is no longer available for this conference. The exhibit hall is now full.

Note: The exhibitors may set-up starting at 3:00 p.m. on August 13, 2007. The exhibit area will be open August 13-15. All booths must be shut down by 11:00 a.m. on August 15, 2007.

The registration fee is $650 until July 13, 2007. After July 13, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-Design/Bridge07. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Payment must be postmarked by July 13 to avoid the late fee. We cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI Event Management & Planning is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Note:

  • Due to limited space, exhibitor booths should be tabletops rather than pop-ups. TxDOT will accommodate larger booths if possible. Please contact Steven Smith, TxDOT, Bridge Division at ssmith2@dot.state.tx.us prior to the conference for this approval.
  • Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for two booth representatives. For each additional person, please register as a conference participant.
