Highway pricing, managed lanes and tollways are becoming more prevalent in how transportation infrastructure is developed and operated. This conference is designed to bring together professionals from freeway operations, tollway operations, emergency evacuation, and highway finance to discuss how pricing and public-private partnerships will impact the operations of freeways and tollways.

The official language of the conference is English.

Online registration is no longer available for this conference. On-site registration will be available at the Omni Houston Hotel immediately prior to the conference.

$275 - Early Registration Fee extended until Monday, March 19, 2007.
$325 - Regular Registration Fee from March 20 - May 1, 2007.
$375 - Late Registration Fee after May 1, 2007.

Conference registration will be available at the hotel immediately prior to the conference. The late registration fee of $375 will be in effect during that time. Check, money order and credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) will be accepted on-site.

TTI-EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-FTOA. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are also accepted.

The single conference registration fee covers admission to all sessions, continental breakfasts, one luncheon, breaks, and a networking dinner.

A technical bus tour is available for an additional fee.

Cancellation

Only cancellations received in writing by TTI-EM&P by 5:00 p.m. CST April 16, 2007, will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after April 16.

Hotel Information

Accommodations have been arranged at the five-diamond Omni Houston Hotel, located at 4 Riverway in Houston, Texas. The Omni Houston Hotel is centrally located in the prestigious Uptown Post Oak/Galleria area. The room block is available until April 29, 2007. A limited number of rooms are available in each conference block. Please refer to "FTOA" when making your reservation.

These group rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.

To make reservations, individuals should call the Omni Houston Hotel directly at (713) 871-8181 or click on the appropriate rate block link above to the Omni Hotel reservation page by April 29, 2007. Reservations for this event received after this date will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card number, which will be supplied at the time of the reservation. Please confirm your room rate when you make your reservation and confirm this rate upon your arrival at the hotel. To avoid cancellation fees, reservations must be cancelled by 12:00 pm (noon) CST on the day of arrival. Any attendee not identifying his/her affiliation with the group and not requesting the conference rate prior to check-in cannot be extended the conference rate at a later date or during or after the meeting.

Technical Tour: On Monday afternoon, travel around Houston on a technical bus tour. We will view the IH-10 Katy Freeway & Tollway (Managed Lanes), Westpark Tollway, and Houston TranStar Transportation Management Center. A limited number of seats are available for $20 each. Guest Activities

Houston has numerous attractions for travelers to visit, including NASA Johnson Space Center and the Houston Zoo. Houston is renowned as a center for culture and the arts: the Theater District, home to eight performing arts organizations, including the Alley Theater, Bayou Place with its Entertainment Center, Aerial Theater, restaurants and bars. Houston Ballet is a top-tier troupe with over 80 performances a year, while Houston Symphony is one of the oldest performing arts groups in Texas.
