Exhibitor Registration Fees

Online registration for exhibitors is no longer available for this conference.

Note: Exhibitors may set-up Monday, April 21, 2008 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.. The exhibit area will be open on April 21, 2008 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.; April 22, 2008 from 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; and April 23, 2008 from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Booths will teardown April 23, 2008 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Payment must be postmarked by April 10, 2008 in order to avoid the late fee. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI-EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

You may pay your registration fee by check, money order, or credit card. Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-GEO08 and mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Note:

There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the location you desire!
All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.
Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for one booth representative. For each additional person, please register as a conference participant. Late fees will be in effect after April 4, 2008.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. April 4, 2008, will be refunded based on the schedule below, less a $25 handling fee. No refunds will be made after April 4, 2008.

Full refund (through February 15, 2008)
Half refund (February 16 - April 4, 2008)
No refund (after April 4, 2008)

Exhibitor registration will not be available on-site.
