Application to exhibit, dated this ________ day of ____________, 200__, by and between

the Texas Transportation Institute, hereinafter called "TTI" and

_____________________________________, hereinafter called "Exhibitor."

  1. In accordance with the following terms, conditions and regulations governing exhibits at the 33rd Southwest Geotechnical Engineers Conference Sponsored by FHWA and TxDOT hosted by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in Corpus Christi, Texas, April 21-24, 2008, the undersigned exhibitor hereby applies for exhibit space.

  2. When accepted by TTI, the attached "Exhibitor Term and Conditions," including all relevant completed and signed forms by Exhibitor, becomes a contract by and between TTI and Exhibitor.

  3. The exhibit area will be open for setup from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 21, 2008. The exhibit hall will be open Monday April 21, 2008 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, April 22, 2008, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Wednesday, April 23, 2008, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  4. Exhibitor registration fee includes one 6' table and two chairs. All tables will be draped and include a wastebasket. Conference participation is included for one booth representative.

  5. For each additional person, please register as a conference participant. Late fees will be in effect after March 21, 2008.

  6. Any electrical, computer, or equipment needs must be ordered directly through the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel – Marina Tower.
