The 3rd Annual La Entrada al Pacifico Corridor Conference features several noted transportation experts and public officials. Attendees will hear in-depth discussions on a number of topics relating to the corridor and the overall transportation needs of the state of Texas. The conference is sponsored by the Midland-Odessa Transportation Alliance and the Texas Department of Transportation.

Hotel Reservations

The MCM Eleganté Hotel in Odessa is holding a block of rooms for our use at the nightly rate of $80 for government employees and $109 for non-government employees. The discounted room rate will be available until December 27, 2006, or until the block is full. To receive this conference rate, please call the MCM Eleganté at 432-368-5885 or 866-368-5885. Remember to ask for reservations for the "MOTRAN" to receive special rates on rooms. The hotel will accept cancellations up to 6:00 p.m. on the arrival date.

Parking

The MCM Eleganté offers complimentary self-parking for hotel guests.

Transportation

The MCM Eleganté provides a complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. To arrange for this service, please inform the hotel of your arrival time when you make your hotel reservation. In addition, the MCM Eleganté provides a complimentary shuttle bus within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.

Conference Attire

Dress for the conference will be business casual.
