The Nano Summit provides a forum for medical, engineering and natural science researchers and students to meet and exchange information on their areas of expertise. The summit informs the research community about major research activities related to nanoscience. The conference is also useful to corporate R&D persons to gain a better understanding of the research being done on basic nanotechnology including material science, life sciences, energy and electronic/semiconductor applications.

Registration

Online registration is no longer available for this conference. On-site registration will be available immediately prior to the event.

Attendance is limited so early registration is encouraged. Online registration will be available until August 1 at 5:00 p.m. After this date, you can register on-site at the event immediately prior to the conference by check, money order (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). Checks should be made payable to TTI-Nano.

TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. Cancellation

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. CST July 20, 2007, will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee. No refunds will be made after July 20.

Speaker Information

We extend our appreciation for your acceptance to speak at the Nano Summit Research Conference.

Speakers are required to register according to the registration rate guidelines.

Hotel Information

A block of sleeping rooms is being held at the Hilton and the AmeriSuites hotels in College Station. Special rates are available for the evening of August 7. Participants are responsible for making their own sleeping room reservations.

Sleeping rooms at reduced rate only available until July 17, 2007. Please make your reservations early to ensure availability. Please mention "Texas Nano Conference-TAMU" when making your reservations.

To make reservations at the Hilton, call (979) 693-7500 by July 17. The special conference rate is $85 per night. Breakfast is NOT included in this rate. The Hilton will provide complimentary transportation. For more information about this hotel, please visit their website.

All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card number, which you will need to supply at the time of the reservation. Please confirm your room rate when you make your reservation and confirm this rate upon your arrival at the hotel.

Any attendee not identifying his/her affiliation with the group and not requesting the conference rate prior to check-in cannot be extended the conference rate at a later date or during or after the meeting.
