This two-day seminar and workshop will focus on performance based contracts, including:

  • Case studies from various state DOTs currently using performance based contracting
  • A workshop on developing performance measures for contracts
  • A performance based maintenance contracting short course
  • A reports on a recently completed NCHRP synthesis of international performance based contracting practices

Conference Registration Information

NOTE: Online registration is no longer available for this conference. On-site registration will be available at the Drury Plaza Hotel immediately prior to the conference.

Please make check or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-AASHTO Maint07. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. NO PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI-EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

The participant registration fee will be $200 until February 16, 2007. After this date a late fee of $50 will be added to all registrations. Payment must be postmarked by February 16 in order to avoid the late fee. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

Conference registration will also be available at the Hotel immediately prior to the conference. The $50 late fee will be in effect during that time. Check, money order and credit card payments will be accepted on-site.

Cancellation

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm March 30, 2007 will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee. No refunds will be made after March 30.

Speaker Information

We extend our appreciation for your acceptance to speak at the AASHTO Performance Based Maintenance Contract Seminar. Speakers are responsible for producing their own PowerPoint presentations. All presentations should be PowerPoint. An LCD projector will be provided.

Room rate per night:
$130 per night for conference rate ($10 for additional adult)

To receive special conference rates, individuals should call the hotel 800-325-0720 and identify the event as "2007 AASHTO Meeting." Please confirm your room rate when you make your reservation and confirm this rate upon your arrival at the hotel. Please assist us in keeping conference costs down by meeting our room block requirements at this hotel. The discounted conference room rates will be available until the block fills or until Thursday, March 1, 2007.

Please note: Any attendee not identifying his/her affiliation with the group and not requesting the conference rate prior to check-in can not be extended the conference rate at a later date or during the meeting.

Parking

The Drury Plaza Hotel offers self-parking at a rate of $15 per car per night.

Transportation

You will be responsible for your own transportation to the conference.
