Note: Exhibitors may set-up from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2008. The exhibit area will be open July 24-25. All booths must be shut down by 12:00 noon on Friday, July 25, 2008.
The registration fee through June 27, 2008 is $325 for a 6' tabletop display. After June 30, the registration fee will be assessed a $50 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-P&W08. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Payment must be postmarked by June 27 to avoid the late fee. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee is received.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Note:
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm June 27, 2008, will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after June 27, 2008.
Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by July 11, 2008, assuming space is still available.
