Exhibitor Registration Fees

Note: Exhibitors may set-up starting at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, September 2, 2009. The exhibit area will be open September 2-4. All booths must be shut down by 12:00 noon on Friday, September 4, 2009.

  • $450, Registration fee through August 3, 2009
  • $550, Registration fee after August 3, 2009

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-PWW09. Event Management and Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. The registration fee through August 3, 2009 is $450. After August 3, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card.

Payment must be postmarked by August 3 to avoid the late fee. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee is received.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI-EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Note:

  • All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.
  • Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for one booth representative. For each additional person, please register as a conference participant. Late fees will be in effect after August 3, 2009.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. August 3, 2009, will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after August 3.

Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by August 3, 2009 assuming space is still available.
