Dear Potential Exhibitor:

The Texas Transportation Institute and the planning committee for the 2007 National Highway-Rail Grade Crossing Safety Training Conference would like to invite you to attend this years' conference. We are hosting the nation's grade crossing safety experts who will present information on the latest thinking, innovations, and technologies in grade crossing safety. We would also like to invite you to be a part of the conference by displaying your company’s innovative devices and products. We hope that you will join us in San Antonio this fall!

Exhibitor Registration Information

The registration fee is $900 through September 28, 2007. After September 28, the registration fee will be assessed a $200 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card.

Payment must be postmarked by September 28 to avoid the late fee. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-HRG. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

NOTE:

  • Due to limited space, exhibitor booths should be tabletops rather than pop-ups. EM&P will accommodate larger booths if possible. Please contact EM&P prior to the conference for this approval.
  • The registration fee covers one tabletop booth space, one skirted 6' table and two chairs and conference participation for two booth representatives. Participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch and the networking and dinner event are also included for two booth representatives.
  • Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant. All meals are included in the conference registration fee.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. September 28, 2007, will be refunded, less a $200 handling fee. No refunds will be made after September 28, 2007.

Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by November 1, 2007, assuming space is still available.

A floor plan will be faxed to you upon the receipt of your payment. Booth locations will be assigned on a space-available basis in the order that payment is received.

Activities

The Exhibitors Reception on Sunday, November 4, 2007 will be in the Bluebonnet and Yellow Rose Ballrooms as well as the Gunter Terrance. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive special recognition at this time.

A luncheon will be hosted at the Sheraton Gunter Hotel on Monday, November 5, 2007.

A networking and dinner event will be hosted at the Sheraton Gunter Hotel on Tuesday, November 6, 2007.
