Dear Potential Exhibitor:

The Texas Transportation Institute cordially invites you to attend the 2009 National Highway-Rail Grade Crossing Safety Training Conference. The Crescent City and the Grand Dame of the French Quarter are ready and waiting to assist us in hosting the nation's grade crossing safety experts who will present information on the latest legislative issues, research, innovations, and technologies in grade crossing safety.

We hope that you will join us in New Orleans, Louisiana to display your company's latest innovations in grade crossing safety.

Exhibitor Registration Fees

The registration fee through October 16, 2009 is $900 for a 6' tabletop display. After October 16, the registration fee will be assessed a $200 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-HRG09. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Payment must be postmarked by October 16 to avoid the late fee. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor is received. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI-EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Note:

  • There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the size booth you desire!

  • All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.

  • Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for (2) two booth representatives. For each additional person, please register as a conference participant. Late fees will be in effect after October 16, 2009.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. October 16, 2009, will be refunded, less a $150 handling fee. No refunds will be made after October 16, 2009.

Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by October 30, 2009, assuming space is still available.

Activities

The Exhibitors Reception on Sunday, November 15, 2009 will be in the Bienville/Iberville. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive special recognition at this time.

A luncheon will be hosted at the Hotel Monteleone on Monday, November 16, 2009.

A networking and dinner event will be hosted at the Hotel Monteleone on Tuesday, November 17, 2009.

All breaks and breakfasts will be held in the exhibit area.
