Exhibitor Registration Fees

The registration fee through October 3, 2013 is $900 for a 10x10 floor space with 6' table included. After October 3, the registration fee will be assessed a $200 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-HRG13. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards.

Payment must be postmarked by October 3 to avoid the late fee. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Note:

  • There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-paid basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the size booth you desire!
  • All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.
  • Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for (2) two booth representatives. For any additional representatives, please register as a conference participant. Late fees will be in effect after October 3, 2013.

To reserve your space:

* Once you register online and pay your exhibitor fee, you will be e-mailed the room layout to select your booth. Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-paid basis. Please contact Karen Smith if you have any questions: (979) 862-1219.

Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by October 18, 2013, assuming space is still available.
