Exhibitor Registration Information

There are no more exhibit spaces available for the San Antonio Small Business Briefings.

The registration fee is $125 for each Briefing location. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card.

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to: TTI-SBB.

Note:

  • The registration fee covers one 6' booth ,two chairs and conference participation for two to all Briefing sessions, events and meals.
  • Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant.
  • For any electrical, computer, or equipment needs please order these directly through the hotel banquet coordinator at the designated hotel. All charges should be billed directly to your organization. TxDOT will not pay for any exhibitor fees.

Exhibitor registration is not available on-site and there are limited numbers of booth space available.

Contract Opportunities Showcase

Public and private sector organizations can provide bid opportunities that maybe awarded at the Briefing Session. Bids will be awarded on the 2nd day of the Small Business Briefing. All bids awarded on site should indicate the 2nd day date and a time of 12:30 pm of the Briefing location attending. Each organization is responsible for bringing copies of each solicitation and is responsible for all bid reviews and awards.

All vendors who register for the TxDOT Small Business Briefing will be e-mailed a listing of available bids prior to the session and will receive a bid solicitation book at registration.
