Exhibitor Registration Fees

Online registration is no longer available for this conference, and exhibitor registration will not be available on-site.

The registration fee is $995 until October 4, 2002. After October 4, the registration fee will be $1195. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-SCOUR and mail your payment to the Office of Conference Management Services (OCMS). OCMS also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Payment must be postmarked by October 4 to avoid the late fee. OCMS cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI-OCMS is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

The registration fee covers one tabletop booth space, one skirted 6’ table, two chairs, a wastebasket, electricity and conference participation for one booth representative. All breaks will take place in the Exhibit Hall.

Any additional representatives who wish to attend the conference sessions should register as conference participants for $475 each.

Guest tickets are also available at $200 per person. The tickets include participation in all of the food functions. If you desire to attend the meetings, please register as a participant at the $475 rate.

Note: Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by October 18, 2002, assuming space is still available.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by OCMS by 5:00 p.m. October 2, 2002, will be refunded, less a $75 handling fee. No refunds will be made after October 2.

The exhibit showcase will be open during the following times:

Sunday, November 17, 2002 – 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.; Set-up
Sunday, November 17, 2002 – 5:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m.; Reception
Monday, November 18 2002 – 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, November 19, 2002 – 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 20, 2001 – 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
