Note: Exhibitors may set-up starting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2007. The exhibit area will be open April 18 - 20. All booths must be shut down by 12:00 noon on Friday, April 20, 2007.
The registration fee through March 21, 2007 is $800 for an 8' x 10' booth (NOTE the 8' booths are no longer available) or $600 for a 6' tabletop display. After March 21, the registration fee will be assessed a $50 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-Avtn07. TTI Event Management and Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Payment must be postmarked by March 21 to avoid the late fee. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee is received.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Note:
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm March 21, 2007, will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after March 21, 2007.
Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Any exhibitor registrations received after 12:00 noon on Thursday, April 5 will not be listed in the conference program or conference signage. Exhibitors must register by Friday, April 13, 2007 assuming space is still available.
Again this year we are also providing another recognition opportunity with door prizes. There will be a limited amount of door prizes accepted. The door prizes must be $100 or greater in value. These Door Prizes will be distributed during the general session. To create a level of importance and draw attention of the participants to the prize and donor, door prizes will be limited and should be of substantial significance. Vendors who would like to give away appreciation gifts such as t-shirts, caps, golf balls, etc., we will be assisting with announcing winners.
DO NOT include a door prize contribution in your exhibitor/co-host registration fee. If you would like to donate a door prize, please contact Becky Vick. We encourage you to also have door prizes at your booth.
