Exhibitor Registration Fees

Exhibitor registration is no longer available.

Note: Exhibitors may set-up starting at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2008. The exhibit area will be open April 15-17. All booths must be shut down by 12:00 noon on Thursday, April 17, 2008.

The registration fee through March 19, 2008 is $800 for an 8' x 10' booth or $600 for a 6' tabletop display. After March 19, the registration fee will be assessed a $50 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-Avtn08. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Payment must be postmarked by March 19 to avoid the late fee. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee is received.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by April 8, 2008, assuming space is still available.

Note:

  • There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the size booth you desire!
  • All exhibit spaces will be assigned prior to the conference.
  • Exhibitor registration fees include conference participation for one booth representative. For each additional person, please register as a conference participant. Late fees will be in effect after March 19, 2008.

Exhibitor Registration Forms

Exhibitors should work directly with the hotel if electricity, internet hook ups, or audiovisual equipment are needed. Please complete the following forms and fax them to the Event Technology Department at the Renaissance Hotel, (512) 795-6090.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 pm March 19, 2008, will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after March 19, 2008.

Door Prizes

Again this year we are also providing another recognition opportunity with door prizes. There will be a limited amount of door prizes accepted. The door prizes must be $100 or greater in value. DO NOT include a door prize contribution in your exhibitor/co-host registration fee. If you would like to donate a door prize, please contact Becky Vick. We encourage you to also have door prizes at your booth.
