Car crashes are the #1 killer of youth in America, with an annual toll of more than 6,000 teenage fatalities, 400,000 teen injuries and a national economic cost of over $40 billion. The Teens in the Driver Seat Summit will bring together the critical individuals and elements involved in these tragic events that currently plague our nation. Valuable information and activities will be available for teens, teachers, school administrators, law enforcement, safety practitioners and industry. So come learn more about what's causing these tragedies, as well as the latest in innovative solutions that are helping to combat this epidemic.

Highlighted among the events at the summit will be the rapidly-growing Teens in the Driver Seat (TDS) program in Texas, which is a peer-to-peer education and outreach program that has been active in over 265 schools in Texas. The TDS program has also been launched in Connecticut, California and Georgia. Come see award-winning TDS Teams in action and learn how our youth are taking a new leadership role in helping stop the #1 killer of teens in the United States.

The official language of the conference is English.
