NOTE: Exhibitors may set-up starting at 8:00 am on Saturday, November 14, 2009. The exhibit area will be open from 8:30 am - 4:00 pm. All booths must be shut down by 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 14, 2009.
The registration fee through October 2, 2009 is $100 for a 6' tabletop display. After October 2, the registration fee will be assessed a $50 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Please make checks or money orders payable to TTI-TDS09. TTI Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Payment must be postmarked by October 2 to avoid the late fee. Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the payment of the exhibitor registration fee is received. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Note:
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact EM&P by 5:00 p.m. CST on Tuesday, November 10, 2009. No refunds will be made. However, you may substitute someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by November 9, 2009, assuming space is still available.
We are providing another recognition opportunity with door prizes. DO NOT include a door prize contribution in your exhibitor/co-host registration fee. If you would like to donate a door prize, please contact Kathy Montemayor.
