We're ready for the Statewide 2012 Safety Conference in San Antonio; are you? Register NOW, reserve a room at the conference hotel, and make your plans to attend!

Be sure to meet colleagues and old friends – and make new ones – from across Texas at the Welcome Reception, featuring the opening of the Exhibit Showcase, Monday evening. Over the next two days, participate in the opening and closing general sessions and your choice of a series of concurrent breakout sessions designed to inform, inspire and keep you up to date about what is happening now and in the future on the important issues facing traffic safety in Texas. Also, don't miss the Tuesday luncheon included in your registration.

Registration Information

Online registration will be available until 5:00 pm CST, Tuesday, May 22, 2012. After this date, please plan to register on-site at the Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk.

Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel. The fee is $200 through Monday, April 23, 2012. A $50 late fee will be added to registrations received after April 23, 2012.

You are encouraged to register online. Please make check or money order (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Safety12. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. NO PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Conference registration will be available at the hotel immediately prior to the conference. On-site registration fee of $300 will be in effect during that time. Check, money order, exact cash, and credit card payments will be accepted on-site.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m., Monday, April 23, 2012 will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after Monday, April 23, 2012.

Hotel Reservations

The Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk is holding a block of rooms for our use at a special group rate. We encourage everyone needing a room to call immediately since we anticipate the rooms will be booked quickly.

Reservations should be made by May 4, 2012. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and may be at a higher rate. To make your reservations, please call the Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk at (210) 354-2800 or (888) 623-2800.

Remember to ask reservations for the "Traffic Safety Conference" to receive consideration for special rates on rooms, or you may make reservations online.

Parking

A reduced fee of $15 per vehicle/per day for parking at The Crowne Plaza San Antonio Riverwalk will be available for hotel guests and attendees registered for the conference.
