Exhibitor Registration Information

Online registration will be available until 5:00 pm CST, Monday, May 27, 2013, assuming space is still available.

The registration fee through April 25, 2013 is $500 for an 8'x10' tabletop booth. After April 25, 2013, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card. Registration at the event will be an additional $100 so please register now.

Payment must be postmarked by April 25, 2013 to avoid the late fee. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Safety13. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.

Note:

  • There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the booth you desire!
  • Exhibitor registration fee covers conference participation for one booth representative. Participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, and the lunch.
  • Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant. All meals are included in the conference registration fee.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, April 25, 2013 will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after April 25, 2013.

The Exhibitors Reception is on Monday, June 3, 2013. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive special recognition at this time.

A luncheon will be hosted at the Hilton Fort Worth on Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
