Exhibitor Registration Information

Online registration for exhibitors is no longer available for this conference.

The registration fee is $500 through October 17, 2008. After October 17, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card.

Payment must be postmarked by October 17 to avoid the late fee. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Safety08. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Note:

  • Due to limited space, exhibitor booths should be tabletops rather than pop-ups. EM&P will accommodate larger booths if possible. Please contact EM&P prior to the conference for this approval.
  • The registration fee covers one skirted 6' table and two chairs and conference participation for one booth representative. Participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch and the Tuesday evening reception are also included.
  • Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant. All meals are included in the conference registration fee.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. October 17, 2008, will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after October 17, 2008.

Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by November 7, 2008, assuming space is still available.

The Exhibitors Reception on Monday, November 17, 2008 will be in the Atrium. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive special recognition at this time.

A luncheon will be hosted at the Marriott - Houston Hobby Airport on Tuesday, November 18, 2008.

A networking reception will be hosted at the Marriott - Houston Hobby Airport on Tuesday, November 18, 2008.
