Application to exhibit dated this ________ day of ____________, 2008, by and between

the Texas Transportation Institute, hereinafter called "TTI" and

_____________________________________, hereinafter called "Exhibitor."

  1. In accordance with the following terms, conditions and regulations governing exhibits at the Traffic Safety Conference hosted by the TTI - Center for Transportation Safety in conjunction with HGAC and TxDOT in Houston, Texas, November 17-19, 2008 the undersigned exhibitor hereby applies for exhibit space.

  2. When accepted by TTI, the attached "Exhibitor Term and Conditions," including all relevant completed and signed forms by Exhibitor, becomes a contract by and between TTI and Exhibitor.

  3. The exhibit area will be open for setup from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2008. The exhibit hall will be open Tuesday, November 18, 2008 from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Wednesday, November 19, 2008, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

  4. Exhibitor registration fee includes one 6' tabletop display space. All tables will be draped and skirted and include a wastebasket. Conference participation is included for one booth representative.

  5. The cost for each additional person is $125 through October 17, 2008. After October 17, 2008 the cost for each additional person is $150.

  6. Any electrical, computer, or equipment needs must be ordered directly through the Marriott - Houston Hobby Airport.
