Be sure to meet colleagues and old friends – and make new ones – from across Texas at the Welcome Reception, featuring the opening of the Exhibit Showcase, Monday evening. Over the next two days, participate in the opening and closing general sessions and your choice of a series of concurrent breakout sessions designed to inform, inspire and keep you up to date about what is happening now and in the future on the important issues facing traffic safety in Texas. And don't miss the Tuesday luncheon included in your registration.

Registration Information

Online registration will be available until 12:00 pm CST, Monday, March 22, 2010. After this date, please plan to register on-site at the Westin Park Central Hotel.

Pre-registration is recommended and will help us in planning and preparing a better conference. If you pre-register, your name tag and program packet will be ready when you arrive at the hotel. The fee is $150 through Monday, February 28, 2010. A $50 late fee will be added to registrations received after February 28, 2010.

You are encouraged to register online. Please make check or money order (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Safety10. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) also accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment to EM&P. EM&P cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. NO PURCHASE ORDERS ACCEPTED.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Conference registration will be available at the hotel immediately prior to the conference. On-site registration fee of $250 will be in effect during that time. Check, money order, exact cash, and credit card payments will be accepted on-site.

Cancellations

Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m., February 28, 2010 will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after February 28.

Speakers are required to register according to the registration rate guidelines. Speakers should register online no later than February 28, 2010 to indicate their audio/visual needs.

Hotel Reservations

The Westin Park Central Hotel is holding a block of rooms for our use at the nightly rate of $85 for a king room. We encourage everyone needing a room to call immediately since we anticipate the rooms will be booked quickly.

Reservations should be made by March 8, 2010. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and may be at a higher rate. To receive this conference rate, please call the Westin Park Central Hotel at (972) 385-3000.
