Exhibitor Registration Information
The registration fee through February 28, 2010 is $750 for an 8'x10' booth or $500 for a 6' tabletop display. After February 28, the registration fee will be assessed a $100 late fee. You may pay your registration fee by check, money order or credit card.
Payment must be postmarked by February 28 to avoid the late fee. Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the exhibit registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.
For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-Safety10. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.
Note:
- There are a limited number of the exhibit spaces available. Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please sign up early to insure you get the size booth you desire!
- Exhibitor registration fee covers conference participation for one booth representative. Participation in the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch and the Tuesday evening reception are also included.
- Any additional representatives should register as a conference participant. All meals are included in the conference registration fee.

Cancellations
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 5:00 p.m. February 28, 2010, will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after February 28, 2010.
Exhibitor registration is not available on-site. Exhibitors must register by March 8, 2010, assuming space is still available.

A floor plan will be faxed to you upon the receipt of your payment. Booth locations will be assigned on a space-available basis in the order that payment is received.

The Exhibitors Reception is on Monday, March 29, 2010. Exhibitors and sponsors will receive special recognition at this time.
A luncheon will be hosted at the Westin Park Central Hotel on Tuesday, March 30, 2010.
A networking reception will be hosted at the Westin Park Central Hotel on Tuesday, March 30, 2010.
