Halff's animation team has served TxDOT District's in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and El Paso as well as the North Texas Tollway Authority, Texas Attorney Generals Office and Dallas Area Rapid Transit. |

The goal of project 0-5475 is the development of a data architecture that will enable TxDOT to manage utility conflicts and related data. One project deliverable is a prototype system based on the data architecture that allows TxDOT to assess and review the system's functionality. As the principal investigator of this project I have supervised the development of the data architecture and prototype system development. |
