Bio/Expertise Highlights: Tim Jennings has been involved with the state data center consolidation effort since its inception in 2005. He particated in the group of state agency IT directors that provided input to the request for proposal documents and evaluated vendor responses. Tim currently represents TxDOT on the Data Center Services Advisory Council, which is comprised of senior IT managers from the affected agencies and provides input to the Department of Information Resources on data center matters. Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and has worked in the Information Systems Divison at TxDOT for over 17 years.

Bio/Expertise Highlights: Judy Bragg Skeen is director of the Information Systems Division (ISD) of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). In this capacity, she directs and manages microcomputer and mainframe information systems; engineering graphics, photogrammetry and satellite surveying operations; and data and voice telecommunications. She holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
