Bio/Expertise Highlights: Currently serving as SH 130 Project Manager for the SH 130 Seg. 5 & 6 project. Worked on development of the IE contract, selection of the IE for the project and negotiated work authorizations. Represent TxDOT in the three party agreement we hold with the IE and developer.

Bio/Expertise Highlights: John Wright serves as the lead attorney regarding conflicts of interest in the Texas Department of Transportation's CDA Program. John has been a licensed attorney in Texas for nine years. John earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, and a B.A. in Communications from Southern Methodist University.
