Bio/Expertise Highlights: As the Parker County Area Engineer during the planning stages I oversaw the contract agreement for the Weatherford Pass-Through Toll Projects until February 2007 when I assumed the responsibilites as the Fort Worth District Director of Transportation Operations.

Presentation Summary: The presentation provides an overview of policies and specifications, Abilene District experience, things learned, and contracting methods for spot removal of lead-based paint for the purpose of dismantling steel elements on bridge rehab projects.
Bio/Expertise Highlights: Up to this point, this has not been properly planned for which has caused it to be done during construction. We have experimented with various contracting methods and have developed an implementation plan to handle during the planning stage rather than construction.

Presentation Summary: I will give a brief overview of Houston District's PTF projects and discuss how we are implementing the terms of the Agreement.
Bio/Expertise Highlights: I have 25 years experience with TxDOT, mostly in PS&E development. For the past two years I've been the Developer's primary point of contact for PTF projects. I also serve as the design Project Manager and coordinate between Developer and various Houston District sections.
