Presentation Summary: With the recent organizational re-structuring that has aligned the role of Letting Management closer to the CFO, I will attempt to describe what Letting Management's function is in the department and how that now fits within the overall flow in Finance Division.
Bio/Expertise Highlights: I have over fifteen years experience in project funding in working with the districts, divisions in the development of the Unified Transportation Program. I have been the Letting Management Director for almost eighteen months during some of the most turbulent and challenging times we have faced due to funding shortfalls, greater federal rescissions, audits and Sunset Commission reviews and organizational re-structuring.

Presentation Summary: Moderate and introduce Speakers for the first half of the Planning Session.
Bio/Expertise Highlights: Since 1998, have served as the District Engineer for TxDOT addressing and coordinating a wide range of transportation matters for an eight-county area of central Texas. This includes transportation funding, prioritizing needs and providing guidance to two Metropolitan Planning Organizations for the Waco and Killeen/Temple Urban Areas.
