| Bio/Expertise Highlights: | As a former county judge who had the responsibility of overseeing a small general aviation airport I became very familiar with the great opportunities the RAMP grant could afford local units of government in the maintenance of their airports. My background has also provided me with opportunities to develop skills instrumental to program development, implementation and oversight. |

| Bio/Expertise Highlights: | Robert Harrison is a Senior Research Scientist at the Center for Transportation Research (CTR), The University of Texas at Austin. As an economist, he has worked in the area of transportation planning for over 30 years and has undertaken a number of trade and transportation studies, including many focused on U.S. and Texas - Mexican NAFTA border issues. He has investigated truck safety at the border by examining data collected by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) at their border inspection sites. He was also the Research Supervisor on a Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Private Sector Office pilot evaluation for US-VISIT Land Border 2C Phase conducted at Port of Nogales, Arizona. Currently, he is the Research Supervisor on a Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) study evaluating the impacts of dray system at ports, intermodal yards and border ports of entry. |
