Application to exhibit, dated this ________ day of ____________, 200__, by and between

the Texas Transportation Institute, hereinafter called "TTI" and

_____________________________________, hereinafter called "Exhibitor."

  1. In accordance with the following terms, conditions and regulations governing exhibits at the 2008 TxDOT Surveyor’s Technology Expo hosted by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in Austin, Texas, March 25, 2008, the undersigned exhibitor hereby applies for exhibit space.

  2. When accepted by TTI, the attached "Exhibitor Term and Conditions," including all relevant completed and signed forms by Exhibitor, becomes a contract by and between TTI and Exhibitor.

  3. The exhibit area will be open for setup from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, March 25, 2008. The exhibit hall will be open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm for a Reception. All Exhibitors must be shut down by 10:00 p.m.

  4. Exhibitor registration fee includes one 8' x 10' floor space. Conference participation is included for two booth representatives.

  5. Each additional booth representative will be $50.00.
