Conference Registration

Due to space constraints, the conference is limited to the first 200 registrants.

Online registration is now closed. You may register on-site Monday, June 16, at the Hilton College Station, from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm or on Tuesday, June 17, at Reed Arena, from 7:30 am - 12:30 pm.

For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.

Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-UCR. EM&P also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards.

Conference registration will also be available at the Hilton College Station & Conference Center immediately prior to the conference. Onsite payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), check or cash - exact change only.

Registration Fees

Registration Fee (through April 30, 2008)
  • Participant - $275.00
  • Presenter - $175.00
  • Single Day Registration - $125.00
  • Student Registration - $75.00
  • Guest per Conference Activity - $50.00
Late Registration Fee (May 1-June 17, 2008)
  • Participant - $350.00
  • Presenter - $250.00
  • Single Day Registration - $125.00
  • Student Registration - $75.00
  • Guest per Conference Activity - $50.00

Registration fee includes the cost of the conference, transportation to/from Hilton Hotel and Reed Arena, and most conference meals.

Parking and Hotel Accommodations

Registration fee does NOT include hotel accommodations or campus parking fees. Conference participants may park in the Texas A&M West Campus Garage which is near Reed Arena. Parking fees are $10.00 per day.

Deadline for registration is 5:00pm April 30, 2008. Payment must be postmarked by April 30, 2008 in order to avoid the late fee. Event Management and Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference or registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference.

If paying by check or money order, you may register online and then mail your payment. Payment will still need to be postmarked by April 30, 2008 in order to avoid the late fee ($75.00).

Refund Policy

Only cancellations received in writing by 5:00 p.m., April 30, 2008, will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after April 30, 2008.
