TTI Communications was asked to produce this promotional video that highlights the facilities and capabilities of the Texas Engineering Extension Service’s Disaster City. TTI Communications wrote the script for this production. TTI shot new footage and interviews for the video. TTI blended existing footage with the new material during post production.
