The Texas A&M Transportation Institute (TTI) has significant capabilities and expertise in the area of policy analysis with respect to financing the nation’s transportation infrastructure. TTI has worked in several areas assessing the funding and financing issues associated with transportation infrastructure development, including benefit-cost analysis, revenue and finance strategy analysis, and economic impact analysis.  Whether it is assessing economic impact from construction delays or thinking up truly innovative finance strategies for TxDOT, TTI has the research capacity to analyze any policy angle for its project sponsors.
