TTI developed the format and content for a congestion pricing workshop to equip local partners – both practitioners and policy makers – in developing lane pricing projects in their communities. The workshop is offered by FHWA as a one-day event.
Evaluation of the Katy Freeway Managed Lanes

This project involves a comprehensive evaluation of the Katy Freeway (I-10) managed lanes in Houston, Texas in the following areas: congestion and travel time, safety, enforcement, maintenance, tolling/pricing, access design, lane separation, operational policy, public attitudes and perceptions, and project delivery.
