TTI led an Expert Review Panel (ERP) which provided an evaluation of the Eastside Corridor Tolling Study (I-405/SR 167). The panel was formed to examine consistency with emerging federal policy and current state and regional policies; the validity of technical analytical measures and results support the Eastside Corridor Express Toll Lanes Report; the soundness of the report results; the practicality of the phasing plan proposed to implement express toll lanes; and, the validity of financial assumptions, methods, and forecasts supporting the report.
