Urban Partnership Agreement/Congestion Reduction Demonstration National Evaluation

A team led by Battelle is conducting the U.S. DOT’s evaluation of the Urban Partnership Agreement (UPA)/Congestion Reduction Demonstration (CRD) demonstrations throughout the United States.  The objective of the UPA/CRD demonstrations is to assess the performance and other impacts of four T’s – Tolling, Telecommuting, Transit, and Technology.  The evaluation team has developed a national evaluation framework; TTI Mobility Management Program researchers are responsible for the tolling analyses for priced lanes in Minneapolis, Seattle, Atlanta and Los Angeles.
