• Lead Researcher, Task 6: Review Dispatch/Scheduling Process and Technology Utilization, TTI Technical Assistance for Public Transit Services (July 2011 – January 2012).
• Researcher, NCHRP 20-65, Task 28. Automated Transit Data Collection in State DOT Transit Units and A Toolkit for Next Generation Transit Data Analysis (2010-2011).
• Researcher, TCRP A-15C TCQSM: Gap Filling Research (2011). TTI providing assistance to Parsons Brinkerhoff via writing annotated bibliographies for gap filling research.

• Researcher, Update of Urbanized Area Boundaries Using New Census 2010 Definitions for “Estimating Impacts of the 2010 Census on the Texas Transit Funding Formula” (Report FHWA/TX-10/0-6199-1, dated August 2010) based on U.S. Census Bureau urbanized area criteria released on August 24, 2011 in the Federal Register.
• Researcher and Co-Author, “Impacts of Funding and Allocation Changes on Rural Transit in Texas” (June 2011). Research sponsored by USDOT Research and Innovative Technology Administration through University Transportation Center for Mobility (TTI and TAMU).
• Lead Researcher and Author, “Safe and Efficient Student Transportation: Transfinder Implementation” (August 2011). TTI, as sub-consultant to Gibson Consulting Group, provided three months of on-site technical support and training to Bridgeport, CT Board of Education staff to implement bus routing software and district transportation policy changes.
• Researcher and Co-Author, “Sacramento RT: Onboard Survey 2010” (February 2011). TTI, for HDR Inc., cleaned survey databases, created ridership factors, authored majority of findings narrative, and compiled final report for the 2010 bus and rail passenger survey effort (12,088 surveys, ~80 pages).
• Lead Researcher and Author, “Review of Public Transit Services in Henderson County, Texas” (November 2010). TxDOT contracted with TTI to conduct a thorough review of current services and future transit alternatives in a rural county in East Texas (128 pages).
