- Lead Researcher and Author, “Safe and Efficient Student Transportation: Transfinder Implementation” (August 2011). TTI, as sub-consultant to Gibson Consulting Group, provided three months of on-site technical support and training to Bridgeport, CT Board of Education staff to implement bus routing software and district transportation policy changes.
- Researcher and Co-Author, “Sacramento RT: Onboard Survey 2010” (February 2011). TTI, for HDR Inc., cleaned survey databases, created ridership factors, authored majority of findings narrative, and compiled final report for the 2010 bus and rail passenger survey effort (12,088 surveys, ~80 pages).
- Lead Researcher and Author, “Review of Public Transit Services in Henderson County, Texas” (November 2010). TxDOT contracted with TTI to conduct a thorough review of current services and future transit alternatives in a rural county in East Texas (128 pages).
