TTI Administration

Description

For more than 50 years, the Texas Transportation Institute has been leading research efforts to address major issues facing transportation in Texas and the nation. TTI's cooperative relationship with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) combined with its status as a member of the Texas A&M University System, has led to the institute's research, education, and technology transfer focus.

The mission of TTI is to solve transportation problems through research, to transfer technology, and to develop diverse human resources to meet the transportation challenges of tomorrow.

TTI is organized around its core research areas. Its leadership team includes the following research program leaders:

• Bill Stockton — Associate Director
• Katie Turnbull — Associate Director
• Dallas Little — Senior Research Fellow
• Dean Alberson — Assistant Agency Director

• Steve Roop — Assistant Agency Director
• Mary Cearley — Special Assistant to the Director
