Michelle Hoelscher provides primary and secondary support to research projects throughout TTI. Since joining TTI in 1995, her responsibilities have grown to include outreach activities, client development and several marketing initiatives. She recently completed work on the Houston (TX) Value Pricing project in which, as administrative lead, she served as primary liaison between sponsors, researchers, contractors and vendors.
As a senior member of the TTI Communications staff, Ms. Hoelscher currently is involved in three significant outreach efforts: Drive Clean Across Texas, the TTI Urban Mobility Report and the Public Affairs unit of TTI.
