Short Biography

Gary C. Lobaugh is Assistant Research Editor at the Information and Technology Exchange Center of the Texas A&M Transportation Institute where he is responsible for overseeing the planning, production and delivery of TTI communications printed materials, including newsletters, brochures, fact sheets and annual reports. He has more than 20 years of experience in writing, editing and producing a variety of communications materials in the newspaper industry and in a corporate environment.

Mr. Lobaugh is experienced in all aspects of communication development and production, having been responsible for the editorial production of 14,000 circulation daily newspaper and responsible for the development, writing , design and production of corporate brochures, newsletters and marketing communications materials.
