Short Biography
Mary Levien is a Research Services Administrator in the Research Development Office of TTI, a part of The Texas A&M University System. She is responsible for facilitating proposal submissions and contract negotiations for researchers, as well as assisting in project administration. She is primary point of contact for researchers in the Center for Transportation Safety, Multimodal Freight Transportation Program, Pavements Division, and the Arlington System Planning for Policy and Environment Office. She manages funding requests and tracking of funds for the Urban Mobility Pooled Fund Study and is liaison for the Texas Department of Transportation's Traffic Safety Program at TTI.Ms. Levien searches for funding opportunities and distributes relevant opportunities to principal investigators for consideration. She serves as webmaster for the Research Development Office's intranet pages and is responsible for submitting the Federal Funds Report to the Office of the Governor.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University and was recipient of the 2009 TTI Administrative Technical Support Award.
