Short Biography

Dr. Lee is an Associate Research Scientist in the Air Quality Program (HAQ) at TTI. He joined TTI in September 2006. His research interests are primarily focused on transportation related air quality issues including, but not limited to, emission reduction/prevention technology/policy development and analysis with and without performing emissions and ambient air quality measurements. Also, he is interested in other environmental issues including ambient air quality.
