Short Biography

Joanna Dickens is an associate research editor with TTI's Communications Group. She is responsible for editing, proofreading, and desktop publishing of materials handled through the Communications Group, as well as editorial support to researchers and staff throughout the agency.

Ms. Dickens' background includes technical writing and editing for software instructions and operational manuals, as well as development of marketing and general-audience materials. She has extensive experience with business fields such as accounts payable and inventory management. She has written for intranet and internet sites, including blogs.
