Short Biography
Mr. Wagner is an associate transportation researcher in the Mobility Management Group at the Texas Transportation Institute. Mr. Wagner's research experience at TTI includes a wide variety of public policy and economic issues. His research currently focuses on the development, application, and management of innovative technologies and policies for the generation of transportation revenue and the improvement of mobility.Many of Mr. Wagner's research efforts involve the assessment of the effectiveness of a policy or program, especially in comparison to alternatives. He is experienced in the use of benefit-cost analysis to better understand transportation policy choices and the trade-offs associated with them. Jason is also interested in research surrounding the application of performance measures and management to improve performance in public agencies and programs.
Jason received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Master of Public Service and Administration from Texas A&M University in May 2011.
