Short Biography
Ms. Haug is an Associate Research Specialist at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute. She has been employed with TTI for over 10 years in various roles including the conduct, analysis and reporting of full-scale crash tests and more recently, the daily administrative functions of the Roadside Safety & Physical Security Division. She has co-authored many technical reports relating to highway safety appurtenances.Since 2003, Ms. Haug has worked on the vehicle modification project sponsored by Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS). She is responsible for maintaining databases with consumer information and approved equipment, preparing review and inspection reports, and assisting in the review of new equipment for purchase by DARS.
Ms. Haug received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 1999. While completing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Haug worked as a Student Technician for Texas A&M Transportation Institute.
