Short Biography

Mr. Morris is responsible for the planning, collection and analysis of a wide range of transportation data bases. Through his computer analysis capabilities, the institute has provided technical assistance to numerous state and local planning agencies. Mr. Morris has also provided expertise inthe analysis of geometric and mass transit freeway improvements through his knowledge of the FREQ series of computer freeway simulation programs.
